Interesting stock this one, always have my eyes on a coy that can get into production asap, this looks like it could be a goer. Just a couple of points
a) What is the minimum cash a coy can hold before a CR is required? I note someone mentioned that SEI only had $150,000, rather unbelievable, barely covers dunny paper, so if there is complications with the deal and it drags, there will be problems. Hence why its crucial that Cronimet sign seal and deliver asap and hand over some bucks to SEI asap!
b) Does anyone know what the AISC ( All in sustaining cost) are? Do we have an idea ( back of the envelope) operating margin based on $260 - 270mtu? Cash flow is king no doubt about that, but margins have to be decent too or a falling tungsten price ( for whatever reason in the future ) might close you up before you even get started.
I need to do more DD, but it looks promising albeit a couple of issues which I have highlighted and probably already has been discussed, so apologies if I have covered old ground
