This announcement seems like the biggest "piss on your back and tell you it's raining " trick since early Cudeco days. Someone has learned from a master.
All this is meant to do is to defuse the obvious hard questions that will or should be asked at the AGM.
Now they will get up there and just reply "we're working on it very hard etc etc". " what more can we do".
I am gagging at this point.
