Like I said, I did had a quick look at that announcement and came up with some answers.

Now, how can it be fully funded when negotiations are still ongoing and expected to be concluded in the coming months.??

And in the meantime, another capital raising is coming and I wonder if the Directors will be digging deep in their pockets to participate.
