Wattle Health has laid the foundations for strong and sustainable performance with the acquisition of Blend and Pack Pty Ltd, and the joint venture with Organic Dairy Farmers of Australia to become the nation’s leading Australian organic nutritional dairy company.
Just a couple of questions and observations.
When did they acquire Blend & Pack? They do not own blend and Pack.
How are they the leading Australian Organic nutritional dairy Company.? On what basis ? They have no sales and no production and sell to nobody.
Blatant and utter garbage and lies.
The vast majority of sales is from Little Innocence plus the 2 cans a year the duty free guy sells.
How are they vertically integrated ?
WHA do not own nor do they have control over any entity in their channel.
The farms are not owned or controlled by WHA
The Cannery is not owned or controlled by WHA
The distribution channel is not owned or controlled by WHA
The retail stores in China or Australia or anywhere are not owned or controlled by WHA.
Maybe someone should explain to management what Vertical integration and ownership means.
Disgraceful comments by the uneducated CEO and blatant lies. He looks more and more like a used car salesman.
Expect all of them to dump their stock when their shares come out of escrow in 6 months time.

William Roth,
It looks like after the top tier companies - like your A2m and Bal, the second tier companies - like you JAT, BUB and WHA, are struggling to make a profit.
To me, it suggests this segment of the market is extremely competitive; that companies have to discount a lot in order to gain market share. As reflected in the drop in their gross margin.
