The finalised financial report is still pending - the auditors are obviously very concerned about signing off or perhaps EVM thinks that as they've done a quarterly statement they don't need to do the last full year report.
Wish these guys would lift their game. They should be acing simple tasks like financial report preparation - they're not doing much else from the looks of things.
