"While the Company does not have current plans to undertake a capital raising, the Company seeks shareholder approval by way of a special resolution to have the ability to issue equity securities under the Additional Placement Capacity should the need arise. " so I wonder if they want this so they can pay bills or sweeten a deal with whatever entity they try and woo.
