The ASIC requirement is that annual financial results for listed companies be released within 4 months of the end of the financial year. So possibly the EVM results will also appear this week.
The AGM must be within 5 months of the end of financial year (November) with at least 28 days notice.
The ASX requires annual reports within 3 months, or a good excuse. Otherwise you will be suspended. This is not relevant to EVM.
