The LTH have had many chances to support the company over many years, and did so. Many of us put in quiet large amounts when Chanape failed and when Inca was #&$@ed and desperate to get the money to reinvent itself to where we are now.

This was long before holders such as yourself came along with some of your fabulous ideas about Capital Raising that had been gleaned from academic books on the subject using totally incorrect examples of companies that had raised money in the past.

Your predictions, and managements predictions, that the share-price would bounce back to where it was before the CR proved totally incorrect, as I said they would.

I have my own ideas as to just how management came up with the idea for this folly of destroying half the value of my, and other holders, holdings in Inca.

Go back and read some of the posts that you made at the time regarding how issuing more and more shares did not affect the value of the existing shares. They were some of the most naive ideas I have ever heard.

Do you really think Acuity are going to keep putting in, without some consequence to the value of the holders existing holdings, the holdings of those who have supported the company for so long. Acuity are not a charity set up by the "Share Gods" to support companies down on their luck through the folly of management. They will want their pound of flesh, and they will want some blood as well. That's business.

I would like to hear your answer to what I have written here.
