I think they have been raising money from prearrange finance sources but, I have not taken much notice, as I have been a little disillusioned with the company of late.
The permit is a bit of a worry, as although the changes to the permit process are supposed to make things quicker, the bureaucratic process in Peru is very frustrating and lengthy.
With the Chanape permits the companies money was all chewed up in the ridiculously long waiting period.
Who knows how long it will take this time.
