Just read the Ann. Things becoming clearer now and the involvement of BL is no coincidence. He has a history of getting these deals done with great terms for the company he is in charge of. I am aware the previous board caused heartache for investors but this is the first of many positive Ann's for ELK with new management. One thing is for certain, if ELK go through with the purchase of the 65%, we know Grieves is an amazing resource and the terms will also be very much in ELK's favour.
