So, out of the $1.5 million they're paying $300k up front in fees, interest etc?

That's a lazy 20% last time I checked? Poor form imo. Who is this Zulu Capital? HK based etc etc but new to me....?

Is it worth it for (potentially) 6000 oz of gold?

If Aztec Dome is a half as good as these guys seem to think they NEED to JV it to someone with some money.

Once again another less than earth shattering announcement from TMX (just my opinion).
