Yep, the writing has been on the wall for a while you just have to be impartial enough to read it. 

For me the red flags started after holding for about 12 months and I started to notice a trend. CR after CR, hype words in announcements like JORC and cobalt with no substance and stating drilling to start by X date or jorc by Y date when most of the time the company never held permits to do any of this. 

Naturally my concerns grew and I contacted LRS as I had many questions. After leaving (not exaggerating) 10-15 messages for CG to call me back over a period of 6 months and around the same amount of emails I realized he had no intention of talking to shareholders. This in its self is a huge red flag for any spec stock in my opinion. 
I know other holders from HC that tried to contact him also had no success. One holder even formed a sort of “share holders union” if you like, making up around 12% of the company to try and rally management to get some or any results. He also had zero response. 

I was lucky enough to sneak out at a small profit in January due to that unexplainable rally. I consider myself a vastly more experienced investor now and gone are the days I will invest a cent in anything with out doing my due diligence. The stock market is a brutal teacher.
