The ASX listing rules guidance notes by memory define materiality for continuous disclosure as anything that could move the share price by 10%. The rules, as for the JORC Code, are written for mid size and majors, not juniors.
As an ex MD I know full well the issue of managing that issue. The rules also say one should not create false info that misleads the mkt so announcing bits and pieces of an ongoing package of work is actually against the intent of the rules.
Volatility in juniors is way above 10% so we ONLY announce piecemeal info if WE know it is a major impact on that package of work.
Note that I do not currently hold but have been in top 20 and am biding my time for a good result. Mstar deeps are the target, ROD will sustain us to do that and Wallaby is a really good one too.
Finally we have amazing upside in the ELS so we should ask what regional upside their reviews have yielded.
PS cash from sale of Norton must be close ($500k) so relax.
