Given that the SP is significantly lower than that at the time of the board making the decision to undertake a Buy Back, the cost to the company of the purchases will be significantly lower than expected.
This means the board should still have capacity to undertake another, though it might be less in number. A fantastic way to build value for the remaining shareholders.
