thanks for pointing that out. I thought those who dabble in stocks here would have common sense but not most of them.
it's common sense that if he starts selling, by the time he finishes selling it will trigger massive slide and he will get very less. imo he has 3 options, sell small batches, even that will trigger holding disclosure after few days. second option is to go for an off market deal, third to wait for few months.
