The "management contracts" have been paid out 3 times with each new incarnation of the company. Each time the shareholders get fleeced, so that the company can get out of a bad under performing management contract only to run immediately in to another bad under performing contract, which later needs to be paid out. This latest deal stinks worse than the last, and I can believe Paul C is putting his name to the company.
Ben H has done nothing but destroy shareholder capital with poor investments.
