Nelson Yong (Executive Director)

Mr Yong graduated from Curtin University in Western Australia with two Bachelor Degrees in Engineering
(Chemical Engineering) and Science (Chemistry). He previously worked in Malaysia for BP and Sinar Tan Sdn Bhd,
an iron ore mining company.

Mr Yong joined the company in December 2013 in a role to understudy the Twin Hills operations, and joins the
Board as an independent Executive Director. He will be based at the Twin Hills mine site in Queensland as a
Chemical and Process Engineer using his expertise from an operational perspective
