Thank you for sharing this information.  Unfortunately, no announcement from company confirming this information is correct as would have been expected.  Again, No confirmation that whole of $10 million was raised.  I would have expected that NM would have increased his own holdings in this company......and subsequent a release/announcement would be required as to increase of Director's holding.  Your comment alludes that NM acquired no new shares acquired.  I have trouble believing that I am afraid.  Will await official announcement, should one be made.  Regards.
