This is the problem with private equity, though they have a majority stake they don't own the firm out right. Transparency is dead. Watch when they put their own CEO in place and then we'd have a gross breach of governance. What is good for Crescent, may not be in the long term interests of the company and it's other shareholders. I just ask for a transparent action plan. Is it still that "wanky" strategic review or the "wanky" go forward plan?
On the one hand they are critical of historic managers and have publicly stated previous management were not up to the task and on the other they leave them in charge.
Maybe a vote for our resident German would be a good thing.
