Burj, you will find Blina produced diamonds through to 2009. Blina itself was an offshoot of Kimberley diamonds. DeBeers and Rio were looking for large scale productions, Rio didn't consider the main Ellendale E9 pipe viable, later mined from 2002 to 2015. The key difference here is the targeting of what POZ consider key areas that previous technology didn't allow for.
