What a joke of a company. This was in their announcement on that deal:

In addition to its investment in Zyber, First Growth Funds will open its network of partnersand relationships to help accelerate the commercialisation of Zyber’s products. FirstGrowth Funds has a portfolio of a dozen investments across various industries, assetclasses and geographies that may also see strategic value in Zyber’s product suite. FirstGrowth Funds also has strong partnerships in the blockchain sector including BlockchainGlobal and Blockshine Corporation that may also provide opportunities for Zyber.

Nothing about being subject to an acquisition, in fact, portrayed it as having great relationships to help commercialise Zyber's current products. Thought they'd throw in that buzz word 'blockchain' too, why the hell not, if ya gonna ramp BS may as well go the full hog. Now posters who were creaming over this deal reckon it was no good anyway, glad it's fallen over...lol....ZYB has given me years of entertainment, it's a never ending soap opera just like Neighbours.
