I am not close to the current market prices for Rock Phosphate but just had a quick looked at the Morocco price - http://www.infomine.com/investment/metal-prices/phosphate-rock/all/. When the scoping study was done it was probably closer to $CAD250.
Given the last three announcements I think they are gearing up and getting organised. Would I like to see more progress with better scale? Yes but for now it is one step at a time.
This is a very low liquidity stock so those that do hold are not trading which says something.
