Well I'd love to read his job description.
Investment... humm... Working out ROI can't be that hard for existing centres. Working out feasibility for a new center can't be that hard. Growth area or under serviced by existing? Type of competition.
Someone please tell me this is a legit requirement and not a job for the boys.
