Here is the current board and executive committee....i see the exec now only has 3 of 9 former members on it from Federation, and the board has 4 of 9 (correct me if I am wrong). Will we continue to see removal of the Federation people as Novion completely expunges Federation from all records? And to cap it off, I see Peter Hay is a member of the government takeovers panel...Novion currently post the following explanation of their history (maybe just for a laugh): "On 11 June 2015, the Merger of Novion Property Group (Novion) and Federation Centres (Federation) was implemented after which Novion became an entity within Federation. The Executive Committee of the Merged Group is comprised of senior management of the Novion and Federation groups prior to the Merger."
FDC Executive committee 9 people Angus McNaugton (CEO): Ex Novion Colleen Harris (ex Federation) Richard Jamieson (Ex Novion) Stuart MacRae (Ex Novion) Peter Coroneo new appointment David Marcun (says Novion is his ‘current appointment’ on the web site?) FDC Board: in August 2015. Constitutionally can only be 8 Peter Hay (also Chairman: Australian Institute of Company Directors. Tim Hammon (ex Federation). Also a director of Novion RE. Peter Kahan (ex Novion) Also a director of Novion RE. Charles Macek (ex Federation). Also a director of something called Novion RE. Karen Penrose (ex Novion) Also a director of Novion RE. Debra Stirling (ex Federation)….has resigned however, due to Federation constitution requirement. Right now is an ‘alternate director’ with Trevor Gerber. Wai Tang (ex Federation). Also a director of Novion RE. David Thurin (ex Novion). Also a director of Novion RE.
