    So finally entity - "Misleading & Deceptive Conduct" and "Continuous Disclosure" contraventions, &

    Quinn/Stokes - "Continuous Disclosure" and "Care & Diligence" contraventions.

    Will be interesting to see what unfolds if they are banned as directors. Does the company have sufficient funds to pay both directors AND potential 'employees'.....(cough, cough).....?

    I'm sure there will be a plan b - I wonder what they have up the collective sleeve...., if anything?
