Hi spec, it's unclear to me if it includes pre-stripping since it isn't broken out as a separate line item. If I was to guess I would say that the capex does not include pre-stripping and this is accounted for in the opex.
I was disappointed they didn't show AISC on a year-by-year basis since one of the main selling points of the project is initial low AISC potentially sub A$900.
It would be very unusual to dilute with an equity raising of that scale. I don't think their is appetite in the market for it and it would have to be a massive discount. Not in best interests of shareholders to get to production at any cost and board would know that.
