Pls stop spreading false rumours and scaring ppl. PEN stated they have purchased Uranium in market out to mid 2020 hence have locked in margin until then so NO, a rising Uranium price won't hurt them.
In fact a rising Uranium price will help them sign more contracts for phase 2 + 3 ramp up to 3m pounds.
