It could be referring to streaming companies.
Wheaton Precious (WPM) may be interested in an Ag stream
Altius Metals (ALS) may be interested in a Cu stream
Obviously lots of other moving parts including off-take partners, JV potential like with GOR (cash proceeds to MOD + full funding responsibility for T3) or cornerstone stakeholders (e.g. a Sprott Fund) or existing Cu producers (e.g. SFR, OZL, LUN).
