US$80m streaming deal and US$100m debt + maybe a small CR for working capital would be a pretty solid mix and put the project in a good position moving forward. Would only be a debt/equity ratio of 55% which isn't very aggressive and should easily get up.

If they can get funding in single figure interest rates then it's game on.
