I normally make a point of avoiding trying to second-guess why share prices do what they do over short-term time frames, but this looks like it is trading cum-downgrade.
At the same time, judging by the valuation metrics (based on AGM guidance last year), the stock is trading on a P/E multiple of around 14.5x.
Which suggests to me that the downgrade - when (if?) it comes - is already largely factored into the share price.
Because I think FLT is an above-average business, yet it is being priced at a discount to the broader market.
