Let's just say I think the point of maximum pessimism is some way off. Economists are only now being "surprised" by the acceleration in the property down turn. In their usual choir-like manner, they are only now turning from "it won't be that bad" to "it's not looking good". When the chorus becomes "property is in for 10 years of pain, get out while you can", it will be time to go all-in.
