Terrible analysis.
Brickworks are an incredibly sophisticated and well run company. Washington H. Soul Pattinson are one of Australia’s oldest and best organisations. It is incredibly positive that they are interested in fbr but if they walk away, watch out- a very big red flag for fbr if bkw and cat both walk away. No doubt you will spin it as fbr walking away to save their ip or something ridiculous like that. The very idea that they will invest in fbr to fend off weinerberger is so amateurish as to be laughable, especially as weinerberger have almost no presence in Australia.
Bkw are interested in making bricks for the Hadrian. That’s great. It’s what they do. It won’t make or break fbr but it certainly won’t affect brickworks.
