Ann: FBR & BKW extend Shareholders Agreement negotiation period, page-46

Self inflicted, if this were soccer, we would be talking of FBR scoring an own goal! They voluntarily came to announce 45 days negotiating period, given BKW are an investor in FBR one would think they always talk about stuff, they could have kept quiet about it. Alas they chose to talk, picked a negotiation period of their choice, but still can't conclude a deal in that period. FBR has a brilliant concept with their machine, but I am starting to seriously doubt if they have "the balls" to turn this profitable? I am not privy to the discussions obviously, and I do not want to start conspiracy theories, but could it be that the machine is not "functional enough" for BKW to put pen to paper and commit? In the recent past there was a lot about routing being talked about, could this be the sticking point? In the absence of information, seeing that FBR would rather keep us in the dark, all we can do is speculate and hope. Not a nice place to be in, very frustrating...
