agree on second chapter especially with BKW using FBR release it tells me the two cos are congruently aligned , however these guys have at this contract alot longer than the previous 45 days and if youve done a commercial agreement with a listed Co you would know that too, there has been a hiccup my guess at this stage and here you are spot on its mearly a paperwork stamping issue, someone probably getting their butt kicked right now.
