I was really looking forward to the FBR's first binding deal as well. But if they made a deal that favoured Brickworks just to make the deadline you would criticise them for that as well, and you'd be correct to.
Give them time to do their job. Neither you nor I know the details of the negotiations, but they are potentially very significant for FBR over the long term (precedent for future global deals). What kind of management would rush a deal like this to please those of us that are impatient. A month and a half is not a long time...
