Very difficult negotiations , a small company with a big one like BKW , reminds me of a small band starting out and getting screwed by the big record companies , patience .They have money for a year , time , the 2019 disclosed plan was always to get the 10 builds done as the next stage after fine tuning outdoor build speed, accuracy and varying climatic conditions (winter)
