Ann: FBR & BKW extend Shareholders Agreement negotiation period, page-17

Though this is an expected yet disappointing result, I think it was announced outside trading hours to potentially soften the blow to the Share Price. A non-material announcement is not required to be announced during trading hours.

It will still be battered (2-3c drop) nonetheless.

If FBR continue to extend MOU's without providing further information to retail investors, I will begin selling off my shares for a small profit and repurchase shares in 6 months time after the 'winter testing' is completed.

At this point, I have SERIOUS lack of confidence in FBR management to:
1. Convert anything into a binding agreement
2. Inform retail investors of any other positive progress or news to soften these blows

It's delay, extension, delay, extension. It's becoming a joke.
