Normally when a stock is heading north, technically it has to meet few conditions. Moving average is one of the most commonly used indicators in technical charting. For a stock to have a healthy momentum, 5 MA must stand above 10 MA which needs to stand above 30 MA. For long term investors, weekly moving average is more accurate than daily average. Therefore, I used weekly moving average to see where in the medium to long term SFX is moving.
With the help of Parabolic Sar, investors can determine where the trend is going. As for SFX, it supports those green candles like a hand pushing it higher.
Most importantly, if you draw a long term trajectory lining up with SFX's higher highs and higher lows over the last year and half, the trend becomes very clear.
Charting should compliment with fundamentals as those in the long run shines. The last obstacle is almost gone. Therefore, investing in this share is significantly derisked.
I hope those help. All the best!
