My answer for what they should do with cash while developing a mine is, if it is needed,spend it, as it is of NO use just sitting there!

This update is a watershed moment for Far West. Easy to treat ore with HIGH recovery. This is the mine that will take us forward. West 45 was the means to get us there.

so you are saying West 45 is/was a dud mine that never gave RVR enough cash flow to support the exploration, development and also strengthen the cash in bank? the plan was always to rely on Far West to make money?

please confirm if that is what you mean before i comment further about the "low cost operation" we were told 2 years ago.
