Revenue from last quarter was $1.2 million...

I'm expecting the June quarter had $900,000 in Accounting revenue and a total of $1.6 million in Customer Collections/Revenue.

Unfortunately staff costs have doubled since last FY and they now sit at over $2 million.

Here's how I see the companies financial situation:
$4,937,000 at the end of March.
$1,600,000 in total revenue for June quarter (estimate)
$3,740,000 in costs for the June quarter (estimate as per March 4C)

    That leaves FZO $2,797,000

This isn't enough to cover the September quarter on its own. However, we have two factors to consider here:
    - If the company earns another $1,600,000 in June-September quarter (start of American School year and nearing the end of Aus/NZ year)
    - Company will be able to get an R&D tax rebate for 1H2018 Calendar year. 2H2017 Calendar year got $2.5 million tax rebate, and the June quarter of 2017 showed $688,000 in tax rebate/government grants. So let's just assume $1.5 million in tax rebates.

    So now we have $2,797,000 + $1,600,000 + $1,500,000 = $5,897,000 in September quarter.

Now we take out costs of approximately $3,740,000. That leaves $2,157,000 going into October. Add another quarter of revenue and the company can, just barely, make it to December.

However, unless staff costs are reduced or revenue gets to $2.5 million a quarter, they will need to capital raise before January 2019. This is a shame, but I'm in with a small parcel to see where this can go.

I'm not naive to the fact the company isn't in the best cash position, but their goal was 100,000+ subscribers by the end of 2018. Doesn't mean they'll achieve it, but if they do, that should drive increased revenues.

Just wish they'd release the quarterly, they didn't wait till the 31st last year, and results should be much better than June 2017.

Can anyone get a Top 20/Top 50 holder list from: https://investor.automic.com.au/#/loginsah

I hold under HSBC Nominees, and therefore don't have a HIN/SRN.
