This has happened the last few days (at the close anyway), if it happened today as well (took a day off from the market) then definitely a pattern. Don't know what their game is, doesn't seem to achieve anything. Would think if they were genuine buyers they would leave the buyside weak and let the sellers come to them, least that's what my broker does.
