Potentially. The directors/founders gave them self a hair cut with shares at IPO and also converted them at a price close to the IPO, as to not get cheap stock. So if they got rewarded with some shares after hitting what may be small mile stones so be it. Main thing is to me is they are getting the shares and they continue to deliver on the product, which they are doing. staggering the price hanging around here... not sure if Tellus Matrix would have got involved if they felt the stock didn't have any upside potential.
