Apart from getting paying customers and improving the workings of the app, this organisation needs to establish credibility with shareholders and potential investors.
The erratic string of announcements over the last few years, along with an internal shuffling of Directors and management needs to settle. The company needs to demonstrate that it is an organised business with specific focus on target markets. Plus is making commercial headway. Updates on the workings of the app are all well and good, but if the customer is not buying with all these upgrades - the question has to be asked. Is the app relevant to families re solving the internet issues? Are they actually on the right track?
If by the end of Dec 19 the app still has no commercial traction, then serious questions need to be asked in terms of the entire program.
They have now built the company on Family Insights, product, company name, marketing. If the families do not vote with their cash to purchase the app then the whole concept of Family Insights will take a hit.
Are they obsessed with the concept and overlooked the actual needs of the market place - there is only one answer to solve that question.
