I'm with @weapon001 on this one... as far as I can see, ASIC are toothless especially with the smaller players. Oh maybe there will be a reprimand for someone but it won't mean the shareholders get any reprieve. Perhaps companies should be forced to declare insolvency BEFORE they are no longer able to cover the repayment of shareholder money at a set value not just debtors money. Suppose then CCE and 99% of companies never would have been listed but just a thought.
NTA - net tangible assets, something for me to keep in mind.
