Pretty sure you will need to wait for the auditors to strip the company for all they can then declare it closed. Or in other words wait for notification that all shares are void so you can right off the whole lot.
Very sorry to hear this was your first entry to the sharemarket Charkitz. I had one of my first get very suddenly wound up and had to wait a long time for it's final verdict.
Probably worth investing rather than speculating in the future mate. Don't worry, I'll be burnt too if this thing folds.
