I sometimes wonder if this type of announcement is really price sensitive. It doesn't really answer any questions and conjecture follows. Do they need to tell the market every time they work with a consultant, or is it because they have entered into a formal arrangement - I dont know - but perhaps someone here can share their view. More conjecture.
