sorry samb61, I meant that website link gives a list of their experience in corporate transactions - obviously it is just IPO but it is the inpy ecperience it shows.

On a different page in the corporate services they provide it states they are highly experienced in M&A, trade sales etc. hence why I said I know it's just their marketing spiel.

I guess we could just keep adding to this thread saying how suspicious this announcement is and why did they do this. seems like it won't help at all as all conjecture - bit of a downward spiral. Or we could trust that the current management are doing a great job for us and will be making the right decisions. or someone could call to ask why they didn't go with an international player. I'm happy with the decision so have no intention to call.
