It is hardly surprising that there are appeals as it only costs a couple of hundred euros equivalent to lodge an appeal. Dragon knew there would be appeals. But they will go the way of most appeals and be dismissed fairly quickly within the next three to four months and Dragon will be able to commence mining on 1st May, 2018 if that's the best economical solution for them with this test mining permit.
