There is little point discussing with you on the other points but you can not dispute that the first appeal at Kaapelinkulma was dismissed as having no basis . I think one definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome so lets just see the outcome of you reappealing , but any way I understand Dragon can just continue developing the project in the mean time .

All mining operations pay a bond on start up its normal so there is no reason to claim that this would prevent the start of the project .

Again Dragon don't own Kussomo any more so why do you keep bringing this up ? I only mentioned it as an example of wasting the courts and the tax payers money on an appeal which was bound to be dismissed with the sole purpose of trying to cause a delay and economic harm to the company .
