Outback... Absolutely agree... as I have posted a couple of times on other threads.... shareholders rapidly become necessary evils soon after listing.
The main focus of Directors is to shore up their own interests.... like the greedy little pigs the majority of them are.
Twixt friends such as we... Directors care not about the travel plans of lowly shareholders. I have been a market player for 47 years and the one common denominator in the majority of Companies is self serving interests of Board Members.... the obscene incentives they put in place.... the obscene numbers of free options... and so on.
Once you accept this behaviour as the norm, you will not lose as much sleep at night.
